****** TEAM REGISTRATION THIS SATURDAY BETWEEN 10am AND 1pm ******

Coaches, parents, players,

As you already know a new Futsal (indoor 5v5 socccer) league has been formed
here in South San Jose. All games for the Winter season 2007 will be played at
Gunderson High School. Games will be played on Saturdays from 5:00 to 10:00pm
and on Sundays from 8:00am until 8:00pm starting January 13th. The season will
run 11 weeks. It will be offered to all leagues in the South Bay. Registration
will be first come first served.

Optimal team size is between 7 and 9 players, although larger teams are possible
(larger teams will have to pay more due to the insurance costs). Note that
individual players cannot register at this time.

Here the details you need to know in order to register your U10, U12 or
U14 team for the Winter Futsal San Jose season on Saturday!

1. Download the team registration form from our website:
   http://www.futsalsj.org/docs/teamreg.pdf

send me an email. We will have extra forms at the registration
desk to fill out if necessary.

   and sign it.

3. Bring the form and a check payable to "Futsal San Jose" (or cash)

   between 10am and 1pm.

Gunderson High School is at 622 Gaundabert Lane, San Jose, CA 95136 and a map
is available here: http://gunderson.sjusd.k12.ca.us/map/map.htm

In order to find the registration desk follow these instructions:
