Reserve your spot early: space is limited!
- Cost per team: U6: $200, U7 and older teams: $475 before Oct 31st, $525 after Oct 31st.
- If you have played with us before please be aware of the following changes:
- U8 will play on a large field with goals and goalkeepers
- U10 and U9 will play on a full sized field and not on the half courts at JCC
- Home teams will have to provide game balls, and a time and score keeper for games
- Teams will have to record scores on our webpage
- We will try to run age pure groups (no guarantee!).
- You need to fill out the form, click on 'Print', sign the printed version and then send it with a check ($_______) to Futsal San Jose, c/o Laura Lewis, 537 Galen Drive, San Jose, CA 95123.
- Only when we receive your check and printed and signed form have you registered correctly.
- If a check bounces you lose your spot and will be charged a fee of $25.
- If we do not get enough registration or gym space for one age group we might combine two age groups.
- if an age group is full we will put you on the waiting list and let you know immediately.
- The number of teams we can accept is limited by the gym space we can use, unfortunately we will only know in November what gyms we can rent, at which point we will inform all teams.
- We strongly recommend team sizes of 10 players or less (larger teams have to pay more to cover insurance cost). You must have at least 6 players to register the team. Players can be added up to 2 weeks into the season. No more than 12 players per team.
- After paying the team registration coaches will have to register themselves and their players online. To do so coaches will have to pay an additional $12 insurance for themselves. Details will be emailed to coaches.
- The season starts in December and ends on March 1st, no games between 12/19 and 1/1 with 11 play weekends. Each team should get 10 games unless a team has more than one weekend where it cannot play.
- Games are mostly played on Sundays, unless we can sign up a gym for Saturday, a team gets to play one, sometimes two games on each weekend.
- If you participate in the U10 District 2 Jamboree, Association or State cup we will schedule your games accordingly.
- Cancellation fee before November 1 is $50, no refund if you cancel after November 1.
- T-shirts are available for $12 with early bird registration and $15 after the deadline. Coaches get a free t-shirt with an order of 7 or more shirts from the team.
